Install util-vserver for OpenVCP

Installation of Util-vServer

cd root
wget http://ftp.linux-vserver.org/pub/utils/util-vserver/util-vserver-0.30.210.tar.bz2
tar xfvj util-vserver-0.30.210.tar.bz2  ( doesnt work with the new version 0.30.212 ) 
cd util-vserver-0.30.210
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var
make 
make install
make install-distribution
/etc/init.d/vprocunhide start
update-rc.d vprocunhide defaults

Some distris ( debian ) have precompiled the util-vserver package in the package tree

apt-get install util-vserver
